Often I find posts and presentations by others that trigger a reaction or that I like so much I want to share them, so this spot has become a reasonable place to do that as well.

Check out this SlideShare Presentation from Jane Hart. I am affirmed when I see I already use a number of these tools and challenged to try a few more.
